Oh man, we had such a good time at my dad's birthday dinner last night! We ate so much seafood, it was unreal! Let me tell you all about it.

Seafood Galore

First of all, let me show you some of the amazing seafood dishes we had:

Cajun Seafood Boil Recipe

So, I know you're probably wondering how we made all of this deliciousness, and I'm here to tell you that we used this amazing cajun seafood boil recipe:

Ingredients

• 4 quarts water
• 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
• 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp. garlic powder
• 1 tbsp. onion powder
• 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
• 1 lb. large shrimp
• 1 lb. snow crab clusters
• 1 lb. clams
• 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into rounds
• 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
• 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

1. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.
2. Add Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix together.
3. Add in the shrimp, crab clusters, clams, and smoked sausage to the pot.
4. Simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
5. Remove from heat and strain the seafood boil mixture.
6. Place the seafood, sausage, corn, and lemon slices onto a large platter and serve.
