Copycat Olive Garden Seafood Alfredo

Ingredients:

• 1 pound of pasta
• 1 pound of shrimp
• 1 pound of scallops
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1 stick of butter
• 2 cups of heavy cream
• 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to instructions on the package.
2. Clean and devein the shrimp, and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink.
4. Add the scallops to the same skillet and continue cooking for a few minutes until they are cooked through.
5. Remove the seafood from the skillet and keep warm.
6. In the same skillet, melt the butter, stir in the heavy cream, and simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
8. Add the seafood to the skillet and toss with the sauce.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve hot over the cooked pasta.
