One of our favorite things to cook on a lazy weekend afternoon is some delicious, juicy ribs! There's something about the smoky, sticky goodness that just can't be beat. We were searching around for some new and exciting rib recipes to try out, and we stumbled upon two that we just had to share with you. First up, we have the Sticky Oven Barbecue Ribs from Cafe Delites. These babies are so good, you'll be licking your fingers clean. To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grab a rack of pork ribs and remove the tough, white membrane on the back. Cut the rack in half to make them easier to handle. Next, it's time to make the marinade. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grab a rack of baby back ribs and remove the white membrane on the back. Rub both sides of the ribs with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil, and roast in the oven for 2 hours. After 2 hours, brush both sides of the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce (we love Sweet Baby Ray's), and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
