These are perfect for those busy weeknights when I don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. I just throw all the ingredients into the pot in the morning, and by dinner time, we have a delicious and healthy meal ready to go! Here's the recipe for one of my favorite Crock Pot chicken dishes:

  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
  5. Return the chicken to the slow cooker and stir to coat with the sauce.
  6. Serve over rice or with your favorite side dishes.
